Meet The Owner/Director: Nik-

JayCare Elite was founded by a dedicated human services professional with over 18 years of experience in the field. The Owner began her career in the field of IDD (Intellectual Development Disabilities.) While working for one of the largest organizations in the United States providing care for individuals with disabilities, it was always her passion to take Direct Care to the next level. Thus, JayCare Elite was born! 

 In 2005, the Owner started as a Home Health Aide and quickly became a manager the following year. While working alongside a dedicated staff and being responsible for the daily operation of a multi-bed ICF/IDD, she saw the need to supercharge the care, growth, and development of those entrusted to their care.  

At JCE, your loved one will be in caring and loving hands. Each Individualized Service Plan or Plan of Care (ISP/POC) is personally developed by the Owner in cooperation with the family, and those who make up the Individual Support System (ISS). This method has proven to provide the optimal level of care for our beloved clients. The satisfaction of your loved one is the measure of our success!
